I needed to change the part which was my issue, ordered the wrong one!! On visiting the Colchester branch on the 7th Oct at 4:45 to exchange the part, the experience was absolutely shocking. Only one member of staff serving as the rest of the staff were having a very loud nasty argument with some gutter language. From what I heard along with the lady being served they have a very nasty bullying issue within the branch. Will avoid visiting in the future.
