When you walk into stores sometimes you can get service real quick and then ya gets someone who is asking for parts that europarts had a hard time finding them so only one person serving 5 people and it was just as frustrating, and typically the second service staff had finished by the time I was seen too ,it's the waiting around that does it for me and even more frustrating was I could see the items I wanted ,there is no click n collect counter shouldn't that be something to look into,just frustrating when there is a big queue
