Ordered a thermostat express delivery turned out to be the wrong one i phoned the southend branch odered the right one got someone to collect it for me.
Drove to my local southend branch to return the wrong one couldnt find paperwork but had order comfirmation email to be told i couldnt because i needed a letter from head office.
Surely the referance number from the order confirmation should be enough?
