Awful service. Was told delivery 3-4 working days but it took something like 9-10 because the part I ordered they were waiting to come in to them to send out to me and it would be sent out as a priority I was told on the phone. This was also a lie as it was then sent to me with the standard delivery time of 3-4 days again not next day etc. if I'd have known I would have used a more reliable service or popped to my local parts place. Not sure I'll be using eurocarparts again as their too unreliable. If it was stated before hand then no problem but you guys said 3-4 days when you knew it was impossible as you didn't even have the part. That's what a drop shipping company does I thought this was a proper established business. For reference I had organised a day to conduct the work on my car and then had to reschedule due to inadequate service by eurocarparts. I have learnt a lesson to either add an extra 2 weeks on to lead times given by the company or go elsewhere. I rated the customer service as a 2 star below because of the lies I was told during the call. I was also told I could not cancel the order that had not even been delivered to eurocarparts to be sent out to me yet but I had to refuse to take it in when the delivery driver turned up at my door which seems absolutely bizarre. So you guys wanted to wait for a delivery to come to you then send it to me with a courier even though I told you before you even received it I don't want it.
