Needed a new accumulator (battery) for my car. ECP had one for a decent price.
Bought it online and went to pick it up. Centre staff were extremely helpful as I dared not stop the car (needed an accumulator, see?) so they brought it out to me.
Top marks all round with the exception that the purchase confirmation email never arrived.
