Not as competitively priced as they used to be. Online click and collect is easy enough, however when going to collect I experienced a long wait time in a queue as there was no separate queue for click and collect customers Vs customers coming in with a query. It would be better if click and collect orders were picked and left aside so that they don't need picking from the warehouse. It.makes no incentive to do a click and collect.
