Great disappointment from the Croydon branch…l ordered online on a Saturday as I work in Croydon l preferred to pick up from the store in Croydon. The email confirmation was 9am the order will be ready for collection. By 9 o’clock I was at the store hoping to get my order and be able to get to work in time for 10am start. I was told only one bulb from the 2 that I ordered was available and they are busy searching for the other l must come back after an hour. In that 1 hour l must be at work. Well I left with one headlight and returned the following day same time at 9am, it’s now 24hours later the lady at the counter tells me to wait again another hour. I explain to her l was here yesterday and you told me to wait for an hour…l have waited for 24hours still you want me to wait for another hour or come back again tomorrow… Just to be polite and not be rude to her because of her age l kindly asked her to refund me my money back so I can buy from better companies who value their customers. I have since received my refund and purchased from Car parts4less
