Ordered new wing mirrors for my 08 Octavia. Input my registration on the website and ordered the associated product. Collected from the shop - all good up to this point and efficient. Got to my car, the mirrors where for the next model. Returned the mirrors (smooth process other than inconvenience) and the person serving looked up the product only to say it had been discontinued. She wrote down the number for me to go and do some more 'googling' but I was two days on by now and still with broken wing mirrors. Frustrated by what seemed at the start like a really good system. If it took me to the right product I'd be writing a very positive message so hoping this is just an error in the databse that Europarts can correct to avoid others facing the same issue.
