Only one person serving, meaning a wait of twenty minutes to be served. Once at counter they couldn't find my order asked me to wait while they looked. Nobody came to me so i had to 'push in' the queue to speak to the one person serving to ask if anyone was looking after me. He went in the back and said it's been booked in but we cant find it we will have to re-order. Took a refund as customer service was zero. Gave my money to another factors whose service was excellent.
