Ordered brake pads for collection online while they were on a discount deal. Got provided the wrong parts but they were happy to swap them however they wouldn’t honour the discount and apply it to the correct pads which were arranged to be collected in store over the phone and the discount was supposedly online only yet I originally paid online but was given the wrong parts
