Not great was told a battery was allocated and available for me from 9am on a Saturday morning my partner drove there to pick it up and was told it wasn’t there and to come back on Monday. I phoned head office a lovely woman based in Liverpool who was really helpful and she let me know that there were 3 batteries in the Trafford store and one is allocated to me and ready to pick up so we returned my partner went in and was refused service so I came in and got it but it was a bit of a palaver.
