I was sold the wrong part even after “checking” it was correct. I had to return and change it which cost me time and money. I missed my MOT retest and missed a days work. It would have been nice if a small discount was given as an apology after returning and pointing out the mistake. Employee told me he was unable to give discounts. I doubt I will be using Eurocarparts again. Be warned - always check your own parts against what is currently on the car and don’t take ecp recommendations.
