Parcel got 'damaged' with the courier Evri. This would not have been founf out if i hadnt of been asking questions when the delivery hadnt arrived after 7 working days. Communication was slow with euros but after 2 chat sessions finally got an email from a real person and 48hrs finally had an answer what was going on with my parcel. Not sure why they use Evri as they are always unreliable
