I have used these guys for many years, and I have to be honest—they have always been top draw! However, sadly, the last time, they let me down. They sent me the correct discs and sensor but enclosed some random pads. This meant I had to dash over to my local store, some 30 miles away, to swap these for the correct ones or the customer wouldn't have had her car back until Monday! They even charged me the extra cost of the pads and still haven't refunded for the incorrect ones. Sad really as they are normally great to deal with, I guess we all have an off day.
