Have used in the past with no issues. Ordered no issue & good price. Went to collect early am as on our way out for the day & were not even shown the wiper. Told arrived damaged & another would be available after 2 pm. Said they would telephone as soon as it arrived ( as we would be driving back from West Sussex , they are in Colliers Wood ) No offer to deliver. Heard nothing at All. Phoned I them at Approx 3:45 & it was there. We then had a mad dash to get back and managed just 5 minutes before closing. We have to pay ULEZ so yes we could have collected next day but that’s another £12.50. It wasn’t our mistake, no communication by them, no offer of delivery. Very poor service.
