Arrived a day after the email stated to give a bit more time. The lady was on her own on the front counter with a shop full of people waiting to be served she was doing her best. Finally got to the front gave my reference number and she was running around trying to find my order but could only find 2 out of the 3 items. She asked me to come back the next day. I rang the manager to complain and find out what's happening and he seemed not fussed at all and just told me nothing can be done. Don't tell me my order will be ready when it won't be. Came back couple days later and again the lady in the front desk was alone again and trying her best again with a shop full of customers then had to run off and find my discs and carry them to the front again. She went to the managers office to ask for help and he didn't wanna come out. Think in future I'll be using a different company to buy my parts
