ordered brake pads for rear of vw and was assured that part were suitable for car registration, checked twice
On fitting by local garage , parts were not correct so had to return to Basingstoke store 24 mile round trip twice
did not receive any invoice only collect information data email
Eventually did get refund but no futher emails.
