My online purchase experience was pathetic and so awful, I made an order on 26th of October received email for 26th between 7-9pm.
Received another email that unable to deliver today and will deliver tomorrow and that tomorrow never came.
I was keep contacting eurucar part n evri playing ping pong and end result zero.
I called n cancel my order over the phone but still not received my money back, the lady over the phone listen whole story put me on his for ten minutes and said ok I am going to cancel your order without a single word of apologies or sorry.
Twice I booked machnic appiontment have to cancelled, my lieu day was ruined and I have to spend extra cost for travelling and spent huge time in finding my order.
I have visited your Sutton store the guy was amazing super helpful and friendly,Hod blesses him.
Honestly speaking it was worst experience of my life,instead of sending the email customer needs results to sort it out their matters.
I am sorry if I am sound rude but that's my honest opinion.
Hope someone look into in and try to fix these issues.
