I asked for 2x1ltr oil and 2x(new car scent) air fresheners and got charged for all 4 items as you would expect. Only 1 item arrived!
After I phoned up to see where the rest was I got told it had been missed and they will get someone to send it out that afternoon. This did not arrive. I had to phone again the next day to arrange this to be delivered and when I received it I was given the wrong scent air fresheners!
Although this isn’t a big deal I expect to receive what I have ordered and paid for.
