Long queues out the door with only 1 receptionist working off their feet, whilst other staff members flit about ignoring the customers who are waiting ages. This is often the situation. It took 25 minutes to get a click and collect !
As some consultations with customers are lengthy by nature, why can’t these others at least help ease the queues at busy times.
