I had a frustrating experience with Euro Part Romford that I felt compelled to share. After calling to reserve my items for collection, I specifically asked if I could pay online and pick them up. They agreed, and I went ahead and made the payment. However, when I arrived—after battling traffic—they informed me that it was not possible to collect my items because I had paid online. This was despite the fact that both the payment and my reservation were under the same name and car registration.
This lack of communication and organisation is unacceptable for a company that should be focused on customer service. I wasted time, money, and energy for nothing. I expected better from Euro Part, and I won’t be returning anytime soon. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable service!
