Finding the parts and ordering them was simplicity itself and they arrived in good time. However the parts were poorly packaged (by Bosch) in the original packaging, which meant they arrived in an unusable state. Now I have the aggravation of using the returns process, which isn't free (unless the item is damaged)!!!
