I ordered online and was advised to collect as two items in stock. When I arrived an hour before closure at Uxbridge I was told the stock taker had made an error and there was nothing available but the part would be reordered for collection next day and to come back at 1pm. So I did and was told on arrival that no order had been placed? I said to cancel the order and tried the Hayes branch and collected it from there. You would think a text after a positive check and put aside wouldn't be to hard to do, rather than a guess at what stock is available. Best to ring up after placing and order online to ask them to confirm that the item has indeed been put aside and is awaiting collection. Before you set out. Also, I found only one person serving, who had to go off and check whilst the queue waited, so allow half an hour for this when visiting Uxbridge late in the afternoon and you should be OK. Phone and be prepared to wait.
