I placed order for spark plugs for my Vauxhall Astra on website, on collection I was given a single spark plug!! I mean who orders one spark plug for a car! The sales assistant cancelled the order and raised a new order for a set of 4 which fortunately they were in stock. I am giving 4 stars which could have been 5 as this resolved my issue with misfiring so I am pleased with my purchase
