The description of the item wasn’t clear, the website said the wind deflectors would fit my car (I put my reg number in) they didn’t fit, they were for a 5 door. I contacted the branch by phone and was told I could return them and do a straight swap as the price for the correct ones was the same. When my partner returned them they said he had to pay extra as the discount code couldn’t be used. The person serving was very rude and unhelpful.
