How can I do a robotic churned out quality survey when I’m still waiting for my goods??
I’ve done my bit at my end, you know, payed for my goods and all that, but alas, no goods yet? I feel I should apologise because I am ONLY a paying customer (does your robot understand sarcasm) but, your communication has been a dead end. Your computer robot is a waste of life and I still await human service. Cut off phone calls and calls that have passed to other calls with no resolve !!!
Please respond to your survey (yes, this survey, if your robot understands?).
And, yes, I do still want my paid for goods!!
