I had a pretty disappointing experience with Euro Carparts. I ended up visiting the store three times, only to be told they didn’t have the part I needed and couldn’t help me. This was after waiting in long lines to be serviced each time. It was frustrating and seemed like a waste of time, especially since the problem could have been resolved on my first visit with better communication or some effort from the staff.
