Ordered parts online to collect from the Burton on Trent branch. I arrived on Saturday afternoon about 2:30pm with just a couple of other customers in front. By the time I left they were queuing out the door. There seemed to be only one member of staff serving although there was more in the office. The guy serving was helpful allowing me to return one item that I had ordered incorrectly and no longer needed
