Easy, quick and efficient. I placed the order online, paid for it and arr8ved at the time allocation on the website. When I arrived there was a small wait as there was a few customers in front of me. I gave my order number and collected my goods. I also was looking for a car cover which the sales person helped me get the right product for my vehicle shape, as the original one I was looking at was not what I required. I paid for that and collected it with my order. The sales person was friendly, informative and dealt with my order with professionalism and friendliness. I took the parts to my mechanic who installed them without issue as the correct parts were obtained. I have rebuilt 3 cars from scratch but unfortunately I don't have the time anymore to tinker on vehicles, but I have spent a lot of time at car part sales. I was happy with the transaction.
