Order placed online with an estimated delivery of 3-4 days. Called a week later and apparently they attempted to deliver it 3 times even though I work from home and never received a confirmation that it was dispatched either. The order was cancelled now waiting for refund. Found same item on Amazon delivered next day. Shame as my previous order with Euro Car Parts was on time with no issues.
