I neede a new battery and I was going on holiday the next day, you came with the wrong battery so the gentleman took photos and said he would see if something could be done, after about half an hour he returned with the correct battery, which i fitted. thank you so much to your company and the gentleman who dealt with it for going beyond normal service to an exceptional service to get me on the road again. I am 79 and have not seen service as good as this for a very long time unfortunately, so i will be telling anyone who wants to listen about your excellent service. Thank you once again , Roy Gorringe
