I ordered a bottle of Auto Finesse Rag Top cleaner, which was showing as 'in stock' at a branch in Sheffield - a 20 minute drive from where I live.
However, on getting there, I was told they couldn't actually find it...!
But, credit where it's due, they did arrange for another, much more local branch to reserve one for me to collect the following day.
