I ordered some service items during black Friday but my local branch was out of stock so the items had to brought in for collection. Imagine my surprise when I received an email to tell me that I had been issued a refund due to non collection. That would’ve been fine but I never received an email or text to let me know that they had arrived at my local branch or I would’ve collected them. Very poor service. Not sure if I would use Euro Car Parts again.
