Customer service at East Kilbride store was shocking and unprofessional and very unhelpful.
Exchange policy is also a joke cant just exchange goods for the right part need to be refunded which takes 5 working days and then you have to pay again if you want the right part.
All brake pads listed under my registration were the wrong one so had to go else where to buy Luckly auto parts are hamilton were very helpful and got my correct brake pads.
Will always use auto parys now and will never set foot again in euro car parts.
