Used to be a spot on supplier of car parts, but service seems to have gone down the pan. Ordered a selection of services parts, booked next day express delivery, guess what? No show. Waited a couple of days, still nothing, so cancelled order. Remade order and opted for collection. Noted, with pleasure, all items now significantly cheaper - so bit of a win there. Contacting ecp by phone was tricky trying to get the right person. Customer engagement not a strong point for some of them! Was I just unlucky? Has their LKQ merger changed them for the worse? Who knows!
