I had to pick up my order direct from store, even though it says free delivery for orders over a certain amount all over your website!? so that means I had to drive 2+ hours just to recieve my order. Then when I got home I noticed that parts of my order was missing. So then had to drive another 2 hours to collect the item. I had no apology from the people working in the store. Do you think it's acceptable for me to spend 4hours of my time, borrowing /lending cars off family and friends, to drive back and forth to wrexham (total of 4 hours) is acceptable for a big co.pany like yourselves.
