Ordering on line was easy. Pick up from the coventry was painfully slow. Perhaps the company may say tha they are understaffed but it is always so slow. The Coventry branch is really awkward as there is very limited parking and you cannot park anywhere else as you will be issued with a parking fine even if stop on the road let someone out to pick up the items
