On arrival the person went to find my part, three people couldn't find it but the system said it was delivered the morning before. I was waiting for over 30 minutes while they were looking. Was offered an alternative part that might not have been correct.
A new part was ordered and told it would be delivered tomorrow. I went on my way.
Within 15 mins, I received a call saying as tomorrow was Sunday, the part would actually be delivered Monday. I asked if the lost part had been found, no answer was given apart from "So pop in on Monday".
Less than 45 minutes later, received another call to say the lost part had been found and I could collect it.
I went in later that day, 11 people before me in the queue so again, spent a while waiting to be seen.
Another 5-10 mins spent looking for the part, was given it but no paperwork, receipt or collection confirmation was given.
I would think twice about using this company again and source another alternative as a first time customer, not the greatest impression or customer service.
