I ordered a new battery for my car. The confirmation email after I paid said I would receive another emaill within 15 minutes to say that the battery was ready for collection. I still have not received this email (two weeks later) after an hour I phoned the branch to see what had happened. I was put through to someone in the Midlands (I am in Sunderland) who could not answer my question, after a few minutes checking my identification, order number etc. I was told someone would ring me back. After 5 minutes I had a phone call from the Sunderland branch to say my order had been ready for an hour and that they don't always send emails to say the item is ready for collection. Bit of a time waste ordering online when I could (should) have just driven to the branch and ordered then adn there?
