Hi,I ordered two items on line about two weeks ago, went to pick them up at the Wrexham branch the following day, great. When I got home I realised one of the items was the wrong one. Went on your website and got a live chat to resolve the issue. I was told that it was their fault and I was to dispose of the wrong item and they would post the correct item to my home address. After a week the item didn't arrive I got back onto the live chat, I was told a complete different story. Apparently I had been given the wrong information and I was to go back to the shop to resolve the issue. I have since given the wrong item to a friend of mine, so the result at the moment I don't have the correct item or the wrong item. Totally frustrated customer. Dave Thomas.
