Ordered product 02/12 and it arrived 11/12, the delivery timescale was 3/4 days so should have been with me no later than 6/12. Was told by euro car parts it was delayed due to bad weather and then was told by the courier service EVRI the product had been misplaced. I spent hours and hours on the phone, online chat and writing emails trying to get through to the right people and find out what was going on and why the part hadn’t arrived, the customer journey and experience was extremely poor as was the customer service from the euro car parts staff as they did not offer me any alternative solution but just to wait. My emergency was not acknowledged and nothing was really done about it. I drove with a cracked mirror for 10 days. If you want the part just go in store and collect it, do not rely on the delivery service, it is atrocious and will leave you feeling like you are in a third world country. Really really poor from Euro Car parts and doesn’t even get a 1 star from me.
