Ordered the brakes 2 days in advance. Was told they would be ready to collect after 9am on the Saturday. I went at 12pm on the Saturday to be told that the delivery hadn’t come and they couldn’t tell me what day it was coming. I therefore missed my appointment to have the brakes replaced and then got an advisory on my mot because I didn’t have the parts on time. Not acceptable. Not even an email or courtesy call to tell me the parts have arrived when they were finally in stock.
