It was all my stupid fault. I ordered a battery that was too big. It had arrived very early but as it turned out was wrong. I wasn't far from the nearest branch and took it in. The gentleman behind the counter could not have been more sympathetic or helpful. He looked up what I should have ordered and arranged the refund and substitute purchase. I was delighted.
