Provided wrong part for car. Sent another part that had been opened and completely mangled. The brake shoe kit had been installed and taken off and just restocked not checked. That was after a second visit. Told they had another to come and pickup. Turned out to be the first one we ordered. Complete shambles. In the end they delivered the correct part. Whole ordeal took 5 days, trips to Folkestone and Ashford. Normally ok but Ashford have a problem I’d say… it wasn’t Folkestone fault at all…
