Shockingly bad, avoid at all costs. Purchased a pair of brake pads and discs online having entered my registration number. Expected 4 boxes but staff assured me on collection that they were in 2 boxes. Parts did not fit vehicle. On returning them was told I was only receiving a refund for two discs and one pad. Staff on site could not resolve this and seemed completely unaware of any customer complaints process. So have been left out of pocket due to their incompetence.
