Ordered a battery on Weds fully paid. Email suggested would be ready for pickup within 15 min. Went to collect on Friday morning(taking over an hour on public transport). Not present. Promised to deliver that afternoon. Didn’t arrive. Multiple attempts o try to get through on phone, transferred to various branches in the country including the midlands, Norwich and North London who all tried to transfer - each time line went dead as though picked up and put straight down. Ended up going in by public transport on Saturday morning to collect and taxi home. Resllly poor service all round….
