odering and collecting faultless , issues are when returning goods to Redhill surrey and being told by a very polite but very unhelpfull staff member that returned parts had to have an invoice , i had bought along the click and collect paperwork , it had the order number on it so he could have done the refund . Then also being told that the brake callipers i was returning to recieve the surcharge refund required to be packed in a box , i dont know where he was getting his info from because its not on your website , im sure though he could have found me a box but he wasnt prepared to help just to be smug. maybe some of your youger staff need educating in how to deal with a customer
