Ordered a part on Thursday and told it’ll be “ready to collect in 15 minutes”. Came the next day to play it safe and despite having 3 in stock no one could find it and no one bothered to contact me. The lady was nice and ordered the part for the next day (still annoying as two trips since no one contacted me to say we can’t find the item). When I then collected on Saturday the guy at the desk was very rude.
