Returned some items to the Bromsgrove branch and 6 weeks later, they have been lost and its impossible to speak to anyone in the store to get my refund.
There was no one in the store to process it at the time but they were in the next day and I was told it would be processed and a refund issued. The store look hugely understaffed, and I've rang again today to be told that the manager isn't answering the phone because they are on their own.
