My last order went very badly. After ordering brake pads for my car I collected them as requested. Unfortunately I failed to check the part numbers. As a result after removing the wheels to fit the pads I found they were incorrect. I advised the call centre and they agreed to exchange them and delivery would be next day. Fortunately another car parts store had them in stock so I was able to collect them and complete the job before my vehicles MOT. The Euro car parts employee was very nice and a full refund was requested.
